Scientists from Charles River Analytics Author Chapters in Cognitive Work Analysis Book

Scientists at Charles River Analytics, Dr. Jonathan Pfautz, Vice President of Cognitive Systems and Principal Scientist, Dr. Ryan Kilgore, Senior Scientist, and Dr. Scott Potter, Principal Scientist, have authored chapters in the forthcoming book, “Applications of Cognitive Work Analysis,” which documents the use of Cognitive Work Analysis in current, real-life situations.
