Charles River Analytics was awarded a grant from the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS) to develop an Immersive Modular Preparedness Intelligent Tutor (IMPRINT) Administrative Supplement. The IMPRINT Admin Supplement is a virtual reality (VR) training system that will help first responders learn new decontamination protocols to minimize the risk of COVID-19 transmission.
The IMPRINT Admin Supplement extends our current IMPRINT grant to develop VR hazardous waste operations and emergency response (HAZWOPER) training for firefighters. IMPRINT uses our VIRTUOSO Software Development Kit (VSDK) to support distributed, multi-player training. IMPRINT will allow first responders to safely immerse in a VR environment while physically distancing from one another.
Contact us to learn more about the IMPRINT Admin Supplement and our other simulation-based training capabilities.
