Charles River Analytics Inc., developer of intelligent systems solutions, announced today that Dr. Scott Neal Reilly has been named Senior Vice President. In his new role, Dr. Neal Reilly will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day research and development and business development operations of Charles River Analytics’ four technical divisions. He will also continue in his role as Principal Scientist, working on human-machine decision-making systems that help people understand the world and make better decisions.
“Scott has successfully led the growth and development of our largest technical division to date, and brings his experience and his enthusiasm for our people from that position into his new role as Senior Vice President,” said Ms. Karen Harper, President of Charles River Analytics. “I am excited to see Scott broaden his impact across the rest of the Company in this new position.”
Dr. Neal Reilly joined Charles River Analytics as a Senior Scientist in 2005 and was promoted from his most recent role as Vice President, Decision Management Systems Division. His research interests include: real-time agent architectures, affective decision making, ensemble machine learning, social-behavior modeling, plan recognition, causal analysis, believable agents, sensitivity analysis, and mixed-initiative systems. Dr. Neal Reilly earned a BS in Computer Science from Duke University. He earned his MS and PhD in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University.
