DARPA Awards Charles River Analytics Contract to Help Protect Warfighters in Urban Environments with Drone Swarms

Charles River Analytics was awarded a $350,000 follow-on contract from DARPA to develop Swarm Algorithms and Tactics for Urban Reconnaissance and Isolation (SATURN). Part of DARPA’s OFFensive Swarm-Enabled Tactics (OFFSET) program, SATURN uses swarm tactics, primitives, and algorithms to provide heterogeneous swarms of unlimited size with resilient swarm behavior in urban operations.
