It will take place on October 14, 2011, at the Microsoft New England Research & Development (NERD) Center in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
This year’s keynote address will be presented by Richard Gardner, PE, CPE, Boeing Commercial Airplanes, and will focus on The Boeing 787 Dreamliner Program: A Focus on Design for Manufacturing Ergonomics.
Mr. J. Alex Godwin, a scientist at Charles River, said, “We are once again proud to sponsor this year’s student conference. This event is a unique opportunity for students to come together and share the latest research in Human Factors and Ergonomics. This event is also a chance for students to make vital connections to employers in New England, such as Charles River Analytics, who will give them a place to continue their research beyond graduation.”
