Charles River Analytics Scientist Receives Award at Human Factors and Ergonomics Society Annual Meeting

Charles River Analytics, a developer of intelligent systems solutions, congratulates Dr. Michael Jenkins, a scientist in the Cognitive Systems division, on his recent award at the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society (HFES) Annual Meeting. He received the Cognitive Engineering and Decision Making (CEDM) Best Student Paper Award for Investigating and Improving Network Visualizations’ Effectiveness at Supporting Human Sensemaking Tasks.

Co-authors of the paper are Dr. Ann Bisantz and Dr. James Llinas from the University of Buffalo, where Dr. Jenkins received his Ph.D. earlier this year, and Dr. Rakesh Nagi, from the University of Illinois. Dr. Jenkins presented the paper during the CEDM Technical Group meeting.
