Scientists and software engineers from Charles River Analytics, a developer of cutting-edge technologies for intelligent systems, presented their research on human socio-cultural behavior modeling (HSCB) at the 3rd International Conference on Applied Human Factors and Ergonomics (2010 AHFE International). The conference focused on the exchange of information on ergonomics and took place from July 17-20, 2010, in Miami, Florida.
Charles River presented the following papers:
- A Metamodel Description Language for HSCB Modeling
- Operator Trust in Human Socio-cultural Behavior Models: The Design of a Tool for Reasoning about Information Propagation
- Trust and Reliance in HSCB Models
Charles River has developed HSCB modeling tools for over 25 years, most recently with a suite of tools supporting non-kinetic operations (for example, humanitarian missions and efforts to aid in the construction of critical infrastructure in developing nations).
