Charles River Analytics displayed the REASON Collaborative Negotiation Tool for Group Decision-Making at DarpaTech 2005, the 24th DARPA Systems and Technology Symposium. This Symposium took place in Anaheim, California, from August 9 to 11, 2005.
REASON is a decision aiding system that enables users to make rapid, rational, and sound decisions. REASON consists of a collaborative environment for distributed decision making, employing a mathematically sound approach to aggregating belief. It offers integrated support for synchronous and asynchronous collaboration in three modes: Web, standalone, and client. It can leverage both human and sensor data sources and has an integrated decision guidance to allow for rapid consensus and quality decision-making.
