Charles River Analytics, developer of intelligent systems solutions, celebrated its fifth year as an employee-owned company during its annual ESOPtoberfest event. Charles River Analytics became a 100% employee owned company through the introduction of an employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) in 2012.

“We kicked off the celebration with several demonstrations of projects our staff is developing, and we reiterated the importance we see in our employees making positive contributions to our culture,” said David Koelle, Principal Software Engineer and Chair of Charles River’s VOICE committee. “Together, we continue to create an enjoyable and enriching environment in which we perform meaningful work.
