Charles River Analytics, developer of intelligent systems solutions, celebrated its seventh year as an employee-owned company during its annual ESOPtoberfest event. Charles River Analytics became a 100% employee owned company through the introduction of an employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) in 2012.

“ESOPtoberfest is a chance for us to celebrate our employee ownership and take a break to enjoy each other’s company,” said Ceara Chewning, a scientist at Charles River and member of the VOICE committee (Valuing Ownership through Investment, Culture, and Education), which works to develop and uphold the company culture. “The culture of employee ownership allows us to create the type of fun and creative environment where we do our best work.”
