Charles River Analytics Inc., developer of intelligent systems solutions, has announced an office expansion that will roughly double the size of its Cambridge headquarters by 2018, covering 83,177 square feet.

This additional space marks the seventh time Charles River has expanded to accommodate new growth since 2001, when the company moved its headquarters to 625 Mt. Auburn Street in Cambridge, MA. Previously, in 2015, the company held a ribbon-cutting ceremony to present new meeting space on the second floor of the building.

Charles River’s headquarters is ideally located near Harvard Square and Kendall Square, part of the high-tech hub of the Route 128 innovation corridor, and a short drive to many world-class Universities, including Harvard, MIT, Tufts, Boston University, and Northeastern. The location also provides easy access to all of the cultural, academic, and historical attractions Boston and Cambridge have to offer, yet is minutes away from Boston’s Logan International Airport and popular suburban commuter communities.
