CAMBRIDGE, MA – Charles River Analytics Inc., developer of intelligent systems solutions, recently celebrated its third year as an employee-owned company. Charles River Analytics became a 100% employee owned company through the introduction of an employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) in 2012.
“Our ESOP has been a huge success and has reinforced and strengthened an already vital employee culture,” said Don Reynolds, Vice President, Finance and Administration, pictured on the right.
The inaugural event was called ESOPtoberfest as the anniversary coincides with Employee Ownership month in October. After a brief presentation of the ESOP with updates from the VOICE (Valuing Ownership through Investment, Culture, and Education) Committee, staff participated in ESOP trivia and judged entries in a cook-off, which was inspired by foods from other ESOP companies.
“We are looking forward to many more years of building and growing our organization through employee ownership,” Mr. Reynolds added.
